The class has now reached full capacity and registration is closed.  This will be the only class I offer this school year.

‘Bienvenidos a la clase de Espaρol!

This course is designed for the beginner or intermediate Spanish student who wants to learn Spanish quickly. The course will provide numerous easy to learn language recipes that will have you speaking Spanish in meaningful conversations by the second class. The class will meet for a total of 10 sessions every other week for 1.5 hours. You will earn a total of 4 PLU credits for completing this course. In this course, you will learn how to read, write and speak basic Spanish along with learning about cultures of other countries. We will be achieving this through interactive software, online lessons, audio CD practice, and computer games. The key to learning a second language is speaking it as much as possible. This course will be very interactive and will not include any long boring lectures on Spanish grammar or verb conjugations. Be prepared for language boot camp! You will speak a lot and have lots of fun!
